Beneficence Complementary Health strives to provide high quality holistic services working in partnership with all of your healthcare providers to meet your physical, emotional and spiritual health goals. Each plan is carefully crafted with you based on your personal goals. Each session is thoroughly documented to track progress and provide a method of communication with other members of your healthcare team. At this time, the office offers individualized treatment plans including massage therapy, reiki, and somatic therapy.
Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy includes such modalities as Swedish, Deep-Tissue, Cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation, Basic and Post-Op Lymph drainage, Stretching, Trauma-centered, Thai Foot Massage and Prenatal.
Reiki

Somatic Skills Coaching
Somatic Therapy includes modalities such as breathwork, meditation, guided imagery, movement and coping skill building.
